There are no spacey animal noises in this track, but it sort-of counts because porcine Aisleyne was singing it to Glyn in the bath on yesterday’s Big Brother, which is when I decided to post it up here.

I think this was the speed garage track that first really caught my attention and got me tuning in to the speed garage pirates regularly back in ‘98, around the same time as Love Bug was massive I think. Before that I’d listened in occasionally but mostly lamented the apparent demise of the jungle stations… everyone was playing this lame-ass sparrage instead which was OK but not really what I wanted to hear.

I love the cheeky synth lick and great vocals on this track – guaranteed to stick in your head for days! It’s one of the few speed garage records I own, which is why we haven’t seen nearly as many of the classic ‘97-’00 era tracks here on Dilated Choonz as I’d like… shame, but I’ll try to track down some more in future.

I should be back soon with some tracks genuinely featuring spacey animal noises…

    Outed! Fellow BB viewer!! Of course, I'm only watching it to maintain political relevancy in not divorcing myself from the masses.

    Shame that they're all getting on so well… I think it kind of peaked when it was all Lords of the Flysy with the Plastic People lording it over everyone with their youth and "beauty" – kyunts. Great to see them all taken down.. now if we could just get that less than uni-dimensional welsh trollop out too…..

    He can be a bit smug at times, but compared to the loathsome likes of Slezer, Grace, Mikey and Spiral he pales into comparison. I met Richard's real life leggy, Italian housemate a week or so ago, but was too tongue-tied and star-struck to extract any real juicy gossip.
    Pete to win and he will at that… he is an angel of compassion and loveliness amidst the tawdry muck of all-too-humanity of the rest of his housemates
